The company does not cover any additional charges that may arise in the recipient’s country (including taxes, customs duties, etc.). In the event of a return, these costs will not be reimbursed by us.
Delivery across Europe is carried out via reliable courier services such as DPD and DHL.
Delivery times depend on the destination country and the selected shipping provider. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number to monitor the delivery status.
Worldwide shipping is also available. For deliveries outside Europe, including costs and estimated timelines, please contact our manager prior to placing your order.
Delivery is complimentary for all orders with a total value exceeding €1000. This reflects our commitment to providing a refined and seamless experience for our clients.
Returns or exchanges are accepted only for dresses in standard sizes and standard lengths, provided the item remains unused, in perfect condition, and retains its original appearance.
Custom-made dresses, including those produced according to individual measurements or with any modifications requested by the client, are not eligible for return or exchange.
Please note that all return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
